One of my employees broke a $500 window on accident, long story short my clients were very particular people, I am sure that I would’ve lost my contract over this. This is where I have to praise Stevens quick response and problem solving , I literally called him around 4pm , he arrived about 30 minutes later to take measurements , by 5:30 he arrived with with the new glass, by 6pm when my clients arrived nothing ever happened.
