"I saw Ben chisel a whole walkway out of the Ice along this elderly woman's ramp. When I asked what he was doing he smiled and called me by name and explained that the lady was not able to do that at her age and that he didn't mind using his strength and his time. I watched as he spent at least 40mins of his time since he was supposedly done with his route. Ben is Fantastic at everything from pest control we never see bugs at the church he sprays, customer service he gets to know his customer's on personal yet professional level, and last but not least he has no problem going above and beyond not only for his company but for people in general. He does little extras without even being asked liked pulling trash cans in from the road, helping someone catch their loose dog. These are just some of things I've witnessed Ben do while also running his route."

"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."
