She mentioned that he was the best technician we have had treat our property from Bulwark so far. Though all have been very good! However, Clinton truly went above and beyond. He worked hard to ensure our yard was thoroughly treated for moles, ants, mosquitoes, and roaches, and he took the time to explain the treatments he was using throughout the visit. He also worked closely with my wife so she could walk him through the areas where we have been experiencing the biggest issues. Thank you for all the above and beyond help!! "

"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."
