"From the day we met George Wells to get an estimate on replacing our deck floor, we were very comfortable with George's home style approach to our project. He surveyed the entire deck, top to bottom, and assured us that we didn't need the amount of work we had anticipated. Less than 25% of the floor was problematic to be replaced. He went through all the decking and determined which parts should be done and which ones were optional. Of course, we decided to do all of the necessary and optional repairs to include an addition we had been planning for a while but did not fit into our original budget. Since we were going to do less replacing of the deck surface. that freed up funds to do the addition, which came out beautiful and very functional. We have been so impressed by George and his crew in all aspects of our project.
