"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. We would recommend them to others & if we needed additional work, we would definitely call Home Genius Exteriors."

He did an amazing job of completely rebuilding our master bath. He had great ideas, was extremely patient and flexible and wasn't satisfied until we were. "The installer very sensibly installed the replacement gutters to match the previous installation. This placed the downspout  about 2 feet from the end of the gutter. As I realized this would lead to pooling in the space between the end of the gutter and the downspout and be a breeding ground for mosquitoes I voiced my concern to the installer who had just finished doing a very fine job.
    After consulting head-quarters he agreed to reinstall just to make me happy. I asked if he thought a simple patch over the existing downspout hole as well as installing a whole new gutter (which he was preparing to do at no extra cost). He looked relieved and said it could be guaranteed to work well. The downspout is now attached to the end of the gutter and I am very satisfied.
    I will definitely be using this company again and will highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

"My deck was overdue to be pressure washed and stained and also needed a rotten board replaced. I posted the project in Home Advisor and heard back from Mr. Vandermark within a day. When he came to inspect the project, I asked him if he could also replace my two gates, both of which were in terrible shape. He agreed to the deck and the gates and gave me a very fair price. He got to work very quickly and finished in good time despite encountering some unexpected obstacles. I'm very pleased with his work and recommend him whole-heartedly."

"Skyline Design quoted replacing my entire HVAC system (Heat pump, propane Furnace). From selecting and ordering the new equipment, to install, everything was great. They gave me three options in equipment brands and outlined all the pros and cons for my wife and me to understand. They did the install in one day as promised. The price that was quoted is what I paid when the job was complete. The guys cleaned and picked up after themselves. "He was reliable, polite, on time and a pleasure to have in my home. I had received the offer for 6 hours of work via email from angie's list. So I called him and he came to look at the job. After that we scheduled the date to perform the work in which he was on time and ready to go. He made sure throughout the entire day that I was happy with his work as he progressed. He often asked my opinion on certain things to make sure that I would be happy with the final product. the trim he installed was beautifully done and the holes he patched in the ceiling used to be such an eye sore.
