"Dan did a great job on the interior of my house. I had just bought an almost 100 year old house and there were all sorts of imperfections on the walls, some of the windows and trim were peeling etc. Dan patched all of the cracks and nail holes in the walls, sanded anywhere the doors/windows/trim were peeling and then put fresh paint on everything.  He is definitely a perfectionist and didn't miss a single detail. The end result was fantastic, it looked like a brand new house!  Dan was always responsive, finished the work in the time he had laid out at the beginning, and was very professional. "My deck was overdue to be pressure washed and stained and also needed a rotten board replaced. I posted the project in Home Advisor and heard back from Mr. Vandermark within a day. When he came to inspect the project, I asked him if he could also replace my two gates, both of which were in terrible shape. He agreed to the deck and the gates and gave me a very fair price. He got to work very quickly and finished in good time despite encountering some unexpected obstacles. I'm very pleased with his work and recommend him whole-heartedly."
