"David was great. I had trouble with a dryer and when he called me, he was able to schedule for next day service. He was on time, was able to triage the problem, had the parts, and the price for service was reasonable. Not only did he repair the appliance but he made sure he worked. He tested the appliance and through this issue was able to discover an even bigger problem that I did not know. My dryer vent was blocked due to a construction issue. "Danny came on a service call to look at an exterior outlet that did not work when I bought my house years ago. He did a lot of detective work to find out where the issue was, and gave me some repair options. He recommended scheduling a new appointment with a half-day deal, rather than continuing the repair with the service call rate. He also gave me a list of supplies that I could pick up in advance to save some time (and money). When he came back, he installed a new junction box, connected the wires to a circuit (it didn't work because the wires were just tied off), and replaced and sealed the outlet. He had to remove and reinstall the dishwasher in the process, and cleaned up the work area well. Danny was very nice, answered all my questions, and took the time to do things right. I plan to hire him again."

"They do higher end appliances, and they do a very good job on them. Mr. Kraft seems to be very knowledgeable about these things. I have used his service repeatedly, and I don't use people over and over again if I'm not satisfied with their service. I think he is very good at doing top end appliances. I don't know what their charges would relate for peole who have more commonly used appliances. I am not sure that the people who have more usual appliances would need someone who is qualified to work on the ones that I have. Subzero is not a common refrigerator. It's a higher end appliance, and he is very good at that sort of thing. So I think the point to make of that is his service is very good at diagnosing and working on higher end appliances. Some parts had to be ordered. It took a while before the parts got here for him to replace it. He's prompt enough coming out to look at the situation, and then he does the work when he comes out unless the part has to be ordered. In which case he has to wait until the part arrives."
