So we are out $250 and our gas fireplace is not working. I do not recommend this company, they have very poor customer service and don't warranty their work if it doesn't stay fixed."

They are a tad expensive but you get what you pay for. One treatment is all it took to rid us of termites and mice and haven't seen any in over a year. Two Paramount folks crawled on my steep roof to block access to our attic by a very pesky and determined squirrel. They're not always on the stated time for treatment appointments but once there did a thorough job. I will use them again as necessary."
