Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. Their team worked quickly and did a great job installing some beautiful new doors. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. They responded quickly to some minor concerns and went above and beyond to fix the problem. While doors are never cheap, their price was right in line with other Provia vendors and 1/2 the price of Pella vendors. I'd highly recommend them."

"This company is a disgrace and should be avoided at all costs. We replaced every window and door at the cost of 55k only to have a complete disaster from beginning to end. 14 service calls and 18 months later they just completed the work in mid December 2022. Last night I discovered yet another problem, a dent in a door panel they changed out in December. They’re a bunch of amateurs that were not prepared any of the 14 times they were at our home. I basically had to project manage their team for them to make sure they had everything covered. We should have gone to Pella instead. Incidentally, Pella were very interested in our horrible experience with Richmond Window Corporation when I spoke with them recently. Apparently it’s not the first time they’ve heard complaints like this."

They communicated and were very cognizant for placing their materials They have worked diligently every day from early morning to late evening with an incredible work force who do a great job and are very conscientious and respectful End of each day they clean up and replace their equipment out of the way They completed the job on time in spite of the weather. Their entire team were personable, professional, respectful and diligent and obviously proud of their work. We are overwhelmingly satisfied and would recommend them especially for this type of roof without any reservation. This was a very challenging project-large roof-alot of demo work and prep work-steep and complicated roof. Cudos to the entire company. Thanks M & J"
