"I called Van yesterday evening to ask about clearing a drain at my home. He was responsive, quick and we scheduled a time the next day. He and Toni came to my home and after some inspections of the issue cleared the drain with little to no mess. They both were friendly, professional , prompt and quick to work. "I requested a quote around 7:30 pm on a Friday night and within 5 minutes I recieved a phone call. We were pretty desperate by then having gone a whole week without a working toilet because we had to wait for a paycheck to come in before we could hire someone. I asked him when he thought he could do the job and he said he could be at our house within the hour. We were shocked! Sure enough, he arrived a little after 8:30 and after assessing the situation have us a very reasonable quote and got right to work. He was delaying at first but given the traffic and there was a lot of fog and he did message me he was on his way. He was kind he did his work, cleaned up and was very knowledgeable of plumbing which is extremely important! I would call on him again if I needed more plumbing to be done in our home! "He came promptly to clear the kitchen drain. He hesitated at first when he saw how old the drain was and its condition. He feared the snake would crack it wide open. But we came to an agreement that he would do his best to clear the drain with no guarantees on his part. He was able to unclog it in short order. He then explained how he would replace it with new plumbing. We will probably ask him back when we are ready to do the work."
