"This was my second time working with Diorio Builders and again they were stellar! We hired them to finish our large unfinished basement into a rec room, bedroom, bar, and bathroom. This was a big project that covered a lot of areas and Derek and James excelled at every stage. They were always straightforward, polite, and very hard working. They wrote up a detailed contract describing the entire project in phases so everyone's expectations were clear, and kept me updated as to their progress through each phase. They brought issues they found to my attention right away along with ready options for how to fix them. Their attention to detail is superb - their team tiled almost a thousand square feet and there isn't a single one out of place. The process involved a few on site meetings (at our house) and several hours of detailed information gathering by Chase, Maize's president.
