"First, let me start off by saying that I have been very pleased with all of the company's employees, how I have been treated as a customer, and of the actual work your company preformed.     
 When I first trying to locate a company to run approximately 150 foot of drainage pipe across my side yard, through my front yard, and into an existing drainage culvert, I had no idea where to look. I asked some of my friends that have been in the area for a long time, and I received a few company's with whom never returned my calls.        One day running some errands I saw a Krause Construction in a parking lot of a local business. Since I had seen these trucks multiple times in the area I decided to go into the store and track him down and talk to him face to face. which just happened to be the owner of the company himself , John Krause. After explaining my situation to him , he asked me to contact his office and handed me a business card, At no point during this conversation did I feel like he did not want me as a client because of the small size of my project, it was at thus point that I realized I was going to have a good experience with the company as a whole.     I contacted the office a few hours later and spoke to a coordinate manager about the planned project. Her kind and friendly attitude immediately put me at ease and made me realize I was not speaking that treated me as the companies I mentioned earlier. Then an appointment was made and the appointed estimator was ten minutes early. The estimate was in hand within 48 hours and was what I expected. It then was discussed that I had a deadline I had to have the work done by. On the day the work was performed, the crew showed up on time (as stated in previous conversations) they were courteous to me and the needs of my family, they worked diligently without delay. When they left it was like they were never here. They cleaned up the site just as stated in the contract . They also disturbed as little of the lawn as possible while running the pipe. I had a very pleasant experience with Krause Construction They did not try to sell me something I didn't need and I would not hesitate to use them again nor would I hesitate to recommend them to friends or family.

We scheduled an install day for Friday, and he stopped by a day early to neatly cut out the bad sections. On Friday the team arrived a bit early and got right to work. "We got 3 quotes and American Windows had the most competitive quote; especially, replacing our 1940s front entry. When we ordered the windows/door back in May, Mike said that it would take 4-5 months for Pella to manufacture the windows. The windows were completed and shipped in 4 months. The installation team said it might take 1-2 days to install, but they were completed in single day. They were professional and friendly (they actually let our kids into the house while we were busy on zoom call). They carefully removed the old 1940s solid oak door and sidelights without damaging elliptical transom. The color/style matching to existing front entry was amazing. They cleaned up inside and outside the house and made sure all the windows were sealed properly. They discovered that 4 of the screens were damaged, so they told us that they would replace the screens at no-cost. I would recommend this company for anyone who is looking to replace their old windows with wooden (not vinyl) replacements."

"Everything went excellent.  The estimator came out to my house and arrived right when he said he would.  He took a quick stroll around the house and measured the windows.  He gave me a quick pitch on the quality of the windows and then the price.  There wasn't any games or trying to up sell me on silly things like some of the other vendors.  Later that week the installers came out and did a much more through measurement of the windows and told me the job would take about six hours to complete. 
A couple weeks later I was called to say the windows had arrived and I scheduled them to come out later that week.  The installers arrived on time and went straight to work.  One thing I will say is the installers do A LOT of work.  I was a little worried through the process they were going to leave things unfinished, but they took care of everything before telling me they were finished.  As you are going through the process, keep the faith, it will all get finished.  They finished in about six and half hours, which is because one original window was installed improperly and they had a little extra work on it. 
I would not hesitate to recommend Supreme Window and Door to any of my neighbours, friends or family. 
On a side note, the first guy that came out to my house suggested that I get a triple pane window in what will be the nursery.  I decided to trust him and it was a great decision.  After the new window was installed I looked out it behind my house and saw some of the neighbourhood kids playing in the backyard.  It took me a second to realize I couldn't hear them!  The extra pane really cut down on the sound and I'm very glad he talked me into it.
