"We noticed on a Saturday morning that our refrigerator had stopped cooling. Called and left a voice message at Omega Force. Sunday received a text message setting up a virtual video chat for noon on Monday with an Omega Master Technician. The technician was able to correctly diagnose the issue and contacted an Omega Force repair technician in the area. The technician (Nate) arrived around 2:00, replaced a defective control board in the refrigerator and by 2:30 the refrigerator was once again cooling. Nate was courteous, professional and personable. This is my second time using Omega Force to repair an appliance and I highly recommend contacting them for any appliance repair"

So we ended up not buying it from them. They would always come quickly. In the past I have always had good experiences with them but this last time I was just disappointed. He explained that due to the age of the appliance, a replacement part was not readily available, but he would notify me if he found one. I cannot use the oven cleaning feature, but can still use all the other features of my oven. The cost was reasonable."
