"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I contacted Mr. Ali in order to have him give an estimate for vinyl siding for our home. He arrived promptly and gave a very thorough presentation to show he was fully insured. He showed pictures of his work, awards and commendations he has received and the names of references. He showed samples of the product he would use, patiently answered all of my questions and gave his input when asked about possible colors that would go with our brick. His quote was comparable to the other quote I received, but I decided to go with Mr. Ali because I felt that he was an honest and fair businessman. I was not disappointed. He was in constant contact with me and his workers during the installation. He came to inspect the work and answered any questions that I had. The workers were wonderful and the job was completed in the amount of days that was estimated. The siding looks even better than expected! He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

"(Job was started around Jan. 7th) My roof looks good but the chimney looks horrible! If you are looking for a roofer that is punctual, efficient, and completes the job in a timely manner, then Bear's Cajun Roofing is not the company for the job. In all fairness, we had lots of cold and rainy weather that interfered with the installation, but even on the days that weather permitted we never knew if or what time the workers would show up. It took a month for work to be completed, which was very frustrating. Needless to say the job isn’t completed, where they left the trash til this day it’s still in same spot where it was left. Also some of the tin isn’t screwed in certain spots. After numerous times being lied to about coming back I’ve decided to have someone else to come finish the job!"

"We could not have asked for a better job. He did better than we even anticipated. The cabinets and desk built in our laundry room were absolutely perfect and exactly what we wanted. We showed David a picture and he copied it perfectly. He communicated with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He had a lot to do when putting in the stove. Cabinets and tile had to be cut out. Completed job was a professional installation that we are very happy with. We will without a doubt use David again and we feel very fortunate to have found him!!

"Choice was fast, efficient, and kept me posted on the progress of the claim. Although the water leak issue was discovered on a Friday, they had a plumber there to investigate by Saturday morning. When it was determined that the 20+ year old heater needed to be replaced, the replacement ordered, on-site, and installed by Wednesday morning. I am glad that we opted for the Choice Ultimate plan as other than the initial $65 service fee, all but one $50 ancillary expense was covered."
