He gave us a great computer generated design before they did the work. Huge crew with lots of equipment. We had one small electrical issue three months later, and Charles sent his crew over the same day and fixed the problem. From an integrity, work ethic, an quality perspective, I give these guys an A. Great website, appears to be professionally designed and maintained, I like what they do (judging from the content in the website) but I am outside their service area. I don't live in that area.
