"It went extremely well.  The work was started and completed on schedule.  It was done professionally and with care.  Proprietors, Zack and Bri were very pleasant to work with.  Its nice working and communicating directly with the owners.  Matt and his crew did a great job.  It was obvious they were skilled and had a methodical system for doing the work efficiently.  

There was one minor issue after the job was complete (things happen).  Zack came out to make sure the problem was corrected at his expense.  We were very pleased.

I would not hesitate to have them do work for us again.  I would highly recommend Sundown Exteriors to my friends, and anyone who needs a new roof.  (The metal roof looks GREAT and we feel is worth the extra cost.)

"The replacement of the unit went great. Walker heating and air technicians showed up early with a new unit they picked up ready to work. They did a professional job on the unit installation and a great job of cleaning up. The installation took about 7 hours and they then explained how it worked, the warranty, and what maintenance would be needed. "We were above and beyond satisfied with Coopers Construction!  The owner, Josh was very easy to work with and his crew was equally as awesome!  Josh was always available to take phone calls if necessary and was on the worksite daily.  He and his crew showed up on time and worked all day!  The paint job on the outside of the house looks amazing, we have had several compliments on it from neighbors.  Each and every drop of paint (which was not many) was cleaned up and our house was left looking spotless.  Not only did he paint the house he repaired a gutter for us at little more then the cost of materials and even helped the moving crew with a large piece.  Our basement had a flooding issue upon move in as well, Josh really helped us figure out how to work with our insurance company and what steps needed to be taken in order to "fix" the problem.  I would use him a million times over for any type of contract work!"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
