"I don't have experience with other companies as to rating their prices.  I don't ask them to move furniture when they clean. <br /> I have used this company as "Chuck Rutten's Steamaster, LLC" for carpet cleaning for 7 or 8 years.  Two employees come and they are always punctual and courteous.  The carpet is light colored and the high traffic areas are always in need of a little extra attention.  There was only one time that, once the carpet dried, I realized that part of  the carpet didn't get cleaned quite as well compared to other cleanings. I did not call them to go over it again, but the next time I used them I brought the problem to their attention and they were extra diligent. <br /> I've also used this company in an "emergency" situation when a small water heater in a back bedroom closet started leaking, soaking carpet in parts of two bedrooms, the hall and a bathroom vinyl floor.  They came quickly, and because my husband had just returned from a hospital stay and was unable to take care of  the water heater himself, Mr. Rutten had someone come in and assist with that.  They had to raise furniture, detach the carpet from the tack strips and leave fans running.  When we ended up having to return to the hospital for a couple of days, and couldn't be home for them to pick up their equipment, we were told not to worry and just call for them to return for it  when we could.  One less worry for me! <br /> I will continue to use their services. <br />"

"I completely gutted this house and had everything done. Of all the contractors that helped with this Frank was among the top of my list. He dealt with my constant delays and changes for months. I think we exchanged like 40 emails over 5 months. Frank is a man of few words and no BS. He was very patient. I had 3 qoutes for this to be done. Many companies (Frank included) have various levels of finished product and charge diffeent amounts. I felt Frank was very honest with me in limiting my expectations where the other people did not. He pointed out how the linoleum was oil based and would show after he was done and it wouldn't look like the rest. No one else mentioned this. This was indeed the case with the finished product. When I was finally ready he came out and him and his crew worked everyday (including Saturday) and got it all done. The results were amazing. They were beyond my expectations. Some of the patches did not match as well as I had hoped. I think Frank hoped they would match better. He offered to do them over again but I was so ready to move forward I just let it ride and figured I would cover those up. He did not charge me for the patches. I didn't ask him to do this. Many neighbors came by the house to see the floors and it lead to business right around me for Frank as everyone was impressed. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I didn't pay him for weeks after he was done either. Didn't even ask for 1/2 down. He is coming back out to fix a minor isses and hes coming on a Sat as hes very busy with work. <br />"

"A team of two men over four days moved the furniture from each area, then cleaned, degreased and machine buffed each 12 x 12 inch tile and hand scrubbed the grout lines in each wing of the house.   Some areas of the grout had to be hand scrubbed a second time.  The grout had to be completely dry before it could be sealed so an additional day was needed. On the sixth day from the time the job was started, all of the floor was sealed; it quickly dried and the furniture replaced. The entire house floor was sealed.   We were told by Francisco Garcia, the business owner, that the sealing should last several years.  He provided us with a specific floor cleaning product  and told us to use a wet vacuum to suck up the water so as to avoid re-depositing dirty water into the grout. The tile and grout looks very nice. <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support."
