"Overall Ethan and his staff were very professional and efficient. On our initial meeting Ethan listened to us and developed a work plan that would meet our needs. He was prompt in submitting a reasonable estimate and answered all our questions. We set a date to begin. The weather caused a delay, but Ethan was quick to notify us of the delay. Another start date was set and the work was done. We had four projects (repair ceiling in the garage, repair the main shower grout, replace floor trim, and design/build a sunroom step). "Robby did extensive repair work on a gable roof extension over the front entrance deck. He also did siding on one side of the house, and repair work on other siding in areas where somebody else had messed it up. In addition, he installed windows on the end of the house that he had sided. He trimmed those windows inside and out. Plus he did a roof overhang across the entire front of the house. I am extremely happy with his work. Robby does quality work; and he also uses quality material. Also, he’s very flexible, and accommodating. In addition, he’s honest, has a good character, and is very fair with what he charges. I actually plan to use him for other work, in the near future."

"The job was to power the house, decks, and metal roof. Paint outside of house and decks. Ramos, the owner, called and informed me when he planned to arrive. He arrived on time with an employee. They worked eleven hours on the first day of power washing. Four workers arrived on time on the second day and worked nine hours painting the exterior. Two workers arrived on time on the third day finishing touch-up work, after two hours. They cleaned up and hauled all the trash away. All of the workers were professional and worked steadily. I will hire them to do additional work."
