Lucky for us it stopped snowing just long enough for them to do what they do. They were efficient, fast, and did an excellent job. The roof no longer leaks and we are so happy! "An outstanding experience! I had attempted to replace the floor myself and botched the job. Jim was polite and efficient. He did an absolutely beautiful job of fixing my mess and giving me a great bathroom floor. He also discovered and slow leak in the toilet while removing it to put the tiles down. He immediately went to the hardware store to get parts to fix that leak so that we would not have problems down the road. We are THRILLED with the job and will ask him to come back for other jobs in the future. I have already started making my list!

"I have an appointment for him to come this year. I only use him once a year. About this time of year I call him. I have a double and some of my windows are giant windows. Some of the windows are screen so he does not do all the window. He is very reasonable that's why I call him. He only lives around the corner from me so I don't know if that's the reason but I am not questioning it. He is very nice. I call him and make an appointment because sometimes he is very busy. When I call him I ask if he can come within a week. But if he is not easy he will come within 2 or 3 days. This time I waited a week which I do not care. Price is reasonable. He knows what he is doing. He has to use a ladder. I leave him a message and some times I have to wait a day for him to call me back but I know he will call me back. He comes very early like 8 in the morning. It is always very early in the morning. He is very nice, very nice. I have been using him for years. He use to be cheaper but I do not complain. I am very happy with him that is why I call him every year."
