We were looking for someone to help with knocking down walls, gut renovating a kitchen and two bathrooms, as well as doing flooring and some work in bedrooms. This review pertains to the quote process. Eric Dutra was very responsive and professional throughout the process, offering insight and past experience as part of the quote. Furthermore, he gave a very detailed and transparent breakdown of the pricing on a line item basis. The pricing seemed very fair and jived with other quotes. we received. "As above...simply marvelous. Eduardo is extremely neat, always cleaning up when done and placed materials and tools away properly. I had originally met Eduardo three years ago when my sliding glass doors needed replacing and ceilings, closets etc. needed painting. His English, at first, was difficult but since that time, he has vastly improved along with his personal talents and experience as a professional. His carpentry skills and his inbred abilities to do most anything are outstanding. He completed work (counters, seating, flooring etc) in my daughter's Cafe in ample time and nicely done for her grand opening. He's hung closet doors, sliding doors, installed faucets, exhaust fans. He's done some plumbing, tiling, a full shower with built in seat, interior and exterior house painting, rake boards, trim, a bit of electrical work, etc. He's repaired, retaped and painted several ceilings. He has replaced all of the rotted boards hither and yon throughout my property; from the front and back porches and decks, to the shed, to the front stairs to the trim around doors, windows etc. Eduardo, most importantly, is honest and trustworthy and, I must say, most respectful...always. I would not and did not hesitate to leave my doors open when I was out. My home was open for him. He takes pride in his work and has quietly done many extra things that have surprised me so. Example; my trash barrels have been brought in for me, my garden tools or hoses have been picked up for me. Saw dust, debris, dust and dirt have all been cleaned away. He is a good person, a hard worker, and is fairly priced. I would recommend him at any time. You may speak to me personally if you wish further information. He would have my number. I truly, truly, appreciate everything that he has done for me. Work still needs doing and he diligently is working on my list: fieldstone walls that need rebuilding, smoke detectors needing replacing, attic vent fan replacement, wallpaper removal, more interior painting, some high hedge trimming, mulching, edging etc. etc. etc. He will shine at anything and everything that you need doing. "I hired Quality Construction (QC) to remodel my condo for sale. QC removed the old carpets and installed bamboo flooring through out living room and kitchen. The bamboo flooring came out beautiful. QC took the time to take care of every little corner to make sure there was no gap. Then I hired QC to remodel my kitchen, painted all walls and put in granite counter top.  The kitchen looks lovely. Then I hired QC to build a new stand up shower in my half bathroom great design he came up with on the first floor. QC installed ceramic tile 12 x 24 in my shower, install marble floor, cherry oak vanity black granite top, very nice medicine cabinet ,track lighting, painted all the walls.  All finished work came out marvelous. Next I hired QC to remodel my bathroom upstairs install new tub,marble floor, ceramic tiles 12 x 24 all around shower walls, cherry oak vanity black granite top,very nice medicine cabinet, track lighting n painted all the walls. QC workmanship very neat, very clean,take's the extra time that's needed for a great job.He is punctuate and reliable.  Not to mention that his price is very reasonable.  All my friends and relatives couldn't stop commenting how nice the remodeled unit looks like.  The remodeled unit looks so lovely that I almost changed my mind of selling it. Thanks to QC, my remodeled condo turns out so attractive that I sold the unit at one showing.
