"They did a GREAT job! They first ran into permit problems in Brookline, but Rich (?) was able to fix that and didn't charge me extra. Then on the day of the work, they showed up and worked through to the next day and removed the whole chimney from the inside without making a dent in the house. I was MOST impressed with this as I have 2 small children so dust is a big deal to me. Since they are so prompt and efficiently, i was able to coordinate with my roofer to come in on the same day to seal up the roof. At the end of the day, you couldn't even tell that someone had removed a chimney just minutes before. Highly recommended!

Price was less than competitors. Service person was on time and polite. Honest - he checked all 3 flues in chimney, and said that only 1 needed to be cleaned. I showed him where some soot had escaped vent which ran from the burner to the chimney and he adjusted the vent joint to close opening, and riveted and caulked it for no extra charge.
