"They did a great job repairing the asphalt shingles on our roof."

"Job was done under 30 min, very clean and techs were professional."

"I wanted to review FRS now, reporting on our early contacts. Phil responded quickly to our request for roof repair and replacement, and an appointment was set for the next day (today) with Mike. He was friendly, responsive and professional. He understood exactly what we need and offered several options for how to proceed. We easily came to an agreement, including a very good financing plan. I ll update my report once the work is done, but so far so good. We re very pleased."

"job was completed in a very short time and the quality of their work was perfect. cant ask for more. i would recommend this business. thanks craig"

"They did an awesome job! The roof looks GREAT! Plus the people are very professional and friendly. There will be no other company doing my projects but BBS General Construction Inc. from now on!"

"This company was by far the best that I’ve hired, it was a wonderful experience . The foreman Luis was very professional, he listened to and addressed all of my concerns regarding the roof and gutter repairs. He made it clear upon completion he would want me to be satisfied with the work. He was always on site and did the final walk through with me to assure all was done right. The workers were all business and very respectful of my property and left little to no mess while working on the home. I am very happy with the workmanship and the materials used for this project. I highly recommend (one time construction inc) I will definitely be using this company for future projects on the home."

"My roof was leaking in my attic. Luckily I caught it pretty quick. The guys at F.S exteriors came over and fixed my roof. The roof on the house I had bought was pretty old and we eventually replaced the whole roof through them. Great guys and super efficient."

"The attention to the customer, the explanation of what the work involves and the work plan, and the response to customer followup questions, is excellent. I cannot rate the work quality, since I know nothing about assessing roofing repairs, which also impacts any judgment about value for money as related to quality. But, this company is *very* expensive as compared to others in competition. Providers who charge a lot always claim it is due to superior quality, that is, the quality justifies the price, but laypeople cannot tell if that is accurate and justified or not. For us, this company was too expensive to hire for the remaining work."

"I had a jug of the recommended product, which Mr. Dexter used to spray the entire roof--not just the bad sections. He expertly corrected a downspout position to direct rain into main gutter. Two gutter covers were replaced with white-painted, seasoned wood, which were cut to the proper shapes. A deck board was fastened securely. Mr. Dexter plans to return to inspect his roof work. If additional roof treatment is needed, there will be no additional cost for me. [I had contacted 2 other roofing companies, which were recommended by Angie's List. One company did not respond. A 2d company gave a $930 estimate, which did NOT include spraying the roof for moss/algae.]"

"I have been in the Real Estate industry for 40+ years and regularly refer my clients to FRS for roof repairs and replacements. They are professional, timely, and cost efficient. I would highly recommend them for their services."
