"

Had a few problems with getting coordinated due to scheduling and failure with the company's machine.

*** Update - after talking with the owner, who handled this situation with pure professionalism, I was completely happy with the outcome. This is a good company with integrity and they understand what it means to be part of a community. Thank you for a satisfactory resolution!

"Communications are excellent. Very responsive in supplying the quote, answering questions and confirming the services. Doug has a very strong agronomy background. Talk to him about it! Dandelions are popping up all over the neighborhood...but not on our lawn. After using many different services for over 20 years, I feel that Jake's is off to a great start with our lawn....and I feel that it will continue."
