"Comfort Systems came out for routine a/c maintenance and noticed the (aged) furnace had holes in it and was leaking carbon monoxide. They worked with us to recommend a replacement furnace that was a quality product within a price range we were comfortable with. They were very open minded....no pressure. They actually gave us 5 estimates and configurations to choose from, including an option to remove and install a newsw A/C unit at the same time. After installing the new heater, heatercoil and dicts, the gave me the afternoon to paint the wall vents in a color to match my decor, and came back the next day to install those, finish the A/C maintenance (at no charge) and arrange for the city inspector. they are great. highly recommended whether for a service call, routine maintenance or a new system (heat or air) installation! <br />"

I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"Andy and Chris are two of the nicest guys to work with. We did a mini facelift on 2 bathrooms and they removed toilets for new flooring and after flooring was complete they came back and installed the toilets. They also replaced the bathroom faucets with new ones. I had a problem with a strainer drain on a bath tub and they were able to remove the old one and install a new one. They are polite, honest, and fair priced. They are now my go to Plumber!"

"Great service and great repair guys. They worked swiftly, but also effectively. They made sure the work was done RIGHT, and did it efficiently. My only critical comment was that they sent two guys out to me and charged me for BOTH guys to be there, even though only one of them was necessary to complete the job. The job would have been able to have been completed by either one of them by themselves, and they didn't complete it any faster with two guys because there just wasn't room for two guys to perform the work. But that is the ONLY critical comment. Their price was reasonable/competitive."
