"Long Holiday Weekend and my hot water heater quit. We had just moved in too. That should have been caught in inspection. Oh well. By chance we had HVAC repair scheduled and they offered to look at the water heater, but My Guy already squeezed us into his schedule. I'm so glad he did. His price came in lower than the HVAC service person's quote. My Guy provided options for repair vs replacement. Knowledge is power, and I feel we were given all the information up front. We opted to replace. He showed us how to operate the water heater and told us the schedule for maintenance to get the longest use of our new water heater. I highly recommend My Guy. We'll have him back again when we replace the sink and dishwasher."

"JLR also gave us tips on affording replacing this hot water heater in the future."

"We remodeled a downstairs bathroom and David L came out and did a great job running our new water lines. He was on time, very courteous and had great customer service. We would highly recommend them."

"Even repaired a faucet that got damaged when the water was turned back on. And on top of that, I just plain liked the guy. Will definitely call him again if I have any problems."

"Just had their plumber come out to fix our faucets. We called yesterday and he was out this morning. Knowledgeable, professional, and very clean. Gave us some great tips on some of our issues and was pretty funny on top of that! We have had Sturm service our furnace and air conditioner for years and have never been disappointed. The only problem I had was that the plumbing services on the web site are limited to water heaters. He is very knowledgeable about other issues. He replaced our toilet a few months ago and it is amazing. I have had other companies out and he is the best so far."

"The service man came out within hours and repaired the tank. Very present working with him. Definitely do it again"

"Service went well,The tech. was very knowledgeable and courteous and finished in a timely matter. Will definitly do buisness again.Thank-you Casey and Aire Servof Spokane."

"Prompt response to my request for a quote, and prompt service completed. The guys were friendly, quiet and competent. They explained what they were doing, pointed out some potential problems and installed the new water heater."

"Riley offered to try an inexpensive fix that might be only temporary, but we asked him to go ahead and do the job right. The kitchen sink drain needed to be moved lower so that the dishwasher and disposer would drain properly (they didn't have to deal with such things in 1909!). He got it all done the same morning, and we are happy not to worry about water pouring out onto the floor."
