They worked around the weather issues getting soaked pretty well one day. They covered up plants with tarps and cleaned up every day using large magnets to pick up nails. They left the ground surrounding our house as clean as possible. They answered all my questions before and during the job. I enjoyed Hayden and John (and Hayden's father, also John) and you will too. After I posted a truthful review on the company website I was blocked from the site and my review was removed. I hope this warning helps others avoid the same problems."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
