"My washing machine would not cycle correctly.  I called the 1-800 number for Complete Appliance Protection and they said they would send out a repairman.  I asked who they were sending, and they told me the names of two companies they use, so I chose the one located closer to my home.  I was able to call the repairman directly and set up an appointment for that evening!  The repairman came right over, assessed the problem and ordered the part.  Two days later he came over after I got home from work and repaired the machine.  I did not have to pay him anything.  I would recommend that particular appliance repair company to anyone who needed service done at their home. <br>This is the first time I've used Complete Appliance Protection, and I realize it was for a very minor repair.  However, since I have lived in this home for 25 years and some of my appliances are reaching the end of their lifespan, I expect to be using this service more frequently; I hope the next repair goes as smoothly as this one. <br>"

"Called three local providers rated "A" on angies list when refrigerator was running but not cooling. Of the three providers called, one never called back, another could not come for three days and Appliance Master could come look at the problem the next day. <br /> Tech came out diagnosed the problem -fridge needed a new mother board as the lights were not turning off when the doors closed and which also may be the cause for the ice maker to not work, a problem we had been living with and using ice cube trays. <br /> Tech was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and provided an estimate for replacing the mother board and replacing the plastic pieces that were warped and semi melted around the light bulbs. Tech indicated that the parts had to be ordered, took the bulbs out of the fridge to prevent the overheating and indicated that he would be back in a few days, after the parts came in.  <br />  We had to deal with a fridge with no light inside and that was much better than the alterantive of having all our food in coolers. <br /> Appliance mater called a few days later to confirm the scheduled repair and the tech (Jason I think was his name) arrived on time and replaced the pieces that needed to be replaced. Overall a very positive experience and they will be the first phone call next time I need appliance services. Will also recommend to friends and neighbors. <br />"
