"Management and senior leadership need work on their customer service skill-set. It's poor business to vent to customers about call outs, weather conditions and being argumentative. Try harder to be solutions driven, without the attitude. It's stressful enough on customers when moving, and customers shouldn't have to get yelled at over the phone because of your internal issues. There is always a way to discuss an issue and come to a resolution in a professional manner. Read the inventory, the job parameters and send the right crew and sized vehicle to get the job done. In the end my family and I had to help the crew, but we still didn't get the furniture placed as requested. Thank you for your time and effort but I will never work with this company again."
