"I contacted Tim Connair and he came out and tested our well water (our contractor recommended the test since iron is prevalent in our area). He submitted a written analysis and recommended the softener and filtration. He also offered us a UV filter as an additional option. He was clear that the UV filter (additional $850) was available but not essential to serve our needs. This was all done at no charge. We decided on the total package and Tim arranged the installation during the last week of construction on our new house. The installation was done on schedule. We were very pleased with the complete process and our contractor was impressed with their installation."
