"My husband and I came across 7th State Builders online. Eddie came out to our home for our initial consultation. He was punctual and professional. He listened to our vision and took the time to draw out a plan and explain the process. He was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. We decided to do a big project at our home. For the back: a rebuild and waterproofing of our previous deck and a large patio to go underneath it with a fire pit and sitting wall. The front of our house needed some repairs so we had them redo our sidewalk in the same patio pavers from the back. The whole area in front of our garage was cut out and they put in new concrete and leveled it out. They rerouted our gutters to prevent flooding as the previous design was doing damage to our foundation. The owner, Chase, was very hands on and kept us updated the whole time. He frequently made sure we were happy with the way things were going. The whole team made this project an enjoyable experience. Iâ ll admit, my husband and I can sometimes be difficult people to please-But wow!! They really knocked it out of the park for us! 7th Stateâ s precision and talent is unmatched. "The job was finished quickly and the construction debris was cleaned up. The basement was cleaner than when he showed up. The next time we had a major rain I got some water in the basement again. Steve came back as soon as it was convenient for me. No problems since then. His guarantee was real, there was no charge for rhe come-back.
I will be calling to have Steve come back to expand the drainage system when I have other work done that exposes another section of the basement.

"It went wonderfully. The workers were professional and nice. They cleaned my yard every day when they finished working. I had a crumbling retaining wall. But to get to the wall they had to take down an 100 foot vinyl fence. Besides that, my neighbors shed is 3 inches from my property line. They could not bring in any machinery. They dug everything by hand. I was amazed how well they worked together. It really was like an assembly line. They worked fast and good. It took them only 3 1/2 days to finish the project.
