We will have no problem selling this house. We were home the entire time our installer worked on the kitchen. The guy worked hard and he did a great job. I consider myself handy, but I wouldn't taken this project on. Glad we didn't decide to paint. Everyone that sees our kitchen loves it, For reasons I can't explain, they think the kitchen is larger. That is okay with us. If you are okay with your kitchen's layout and the cabinet frames are okay, then this is the way to go."

"The work was awesome. We had the old fiberglass tub and surround from the 80's. Wolak came in and replaced it with a new deep soak tub and tile surround. New tile on the floor. Replaced the vanity and toilet. Even the exhaust fan. They also replaced sheetrock and painted to give us a new modern bathroom look. Wolak didn't need to rely on any sub-contractors. Like a one-stop-shop for remodelling. The installer was very friendly and professional. He listened carefully to what we had in mind, made some great suggestions and now we have a dream bathroom. "I feel that they did an excellent job overall.  They were a bit slow in executing the contract, but i understnd that they have been swamped with business from their advertisements on Angie's List.  But they were very cautious not to do harm and did a very thorough job stabilizing the old vinyl floor and building on top of it.  In my opiniion, their work showed real craftmanship.  They took their time and did it properly, even negotiating very difficult sunken doors.  One problem that was unexpected was that because they built the floor up, the regrigerator no longer fit under the ceiling cabinet.  Nevertheless, they had a carpenter make professional adjustments to the cabinet.  I am a very satisfied customer.
