"We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly. Lou Ranieri explained that they couldn’t fix the cracks as they were, but would have to remove the filler from the first repair, grind down the uneven surfaces and stain the whole surface to achieve an even color. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. A skim coat was applied and, once hardened, the whole area was cleaned and stained. It’s beautiful! We can’t say enough about how diligent Lou and Andrew are in their, often backbreaking, work. Once completed, the work area was left spotlessly clean. "I have used Countryscape Landscape for many projects around my home. All their work has been beautiful and the craftsmanship is meticulous. Justin is very knowledgeable and will offer his opinion in order to improve your project. He has a great eye for design and uses quality materials. <br /> I had a poorly drained walkway that caused flooding into my garage. It was especially problematic this past winter. My garage flooded and my garage doors froze shut. I actually need a propane torch to get them open. His crew changed the grade of the walkway and now there is NO chance for water to get into the garage. <br /> They thoroughly cleaned the site and left things better than when they started.  I am already thinking about the next project. "Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"

"New Looks Painting has some several quality jobs for me. The most recent job was painting a wood shingled house in Cambridge. The house hadn't been painted for almost 30 years with a lot of carpentry work, scraping, and bonding needed to get a quality result. The guys at NLP were great! They power washed the house first, scraped and handled all the carpentry as needed. NLP always asked me for approval of any work and did a lot of the little extras. I was most impressed with their willingness to change colors to get the exact blend for the house. We used three colors and used a great cranberry accent which is typically of the Cambridge area."
