Again, as soon as the install was complete, that was it. Phil showed me images of pictures he took with satisfied customers on past installs, making me feel that he was dedicated to the project's success. However, after the consultation, even though he was copied on various emails about some of my concerns, he never got back in touch. In addition, no one ever contacted me to see if I had questions about the finished product, to see how everything turned out, or if there was anything else I needed. CON: Timing. The crew was on-time for the install both days, however, the schedule was more impactful to my routine than expected. The crew worked 9AM - 3PM only on Day 1. However, to finish in 2 days, they worked 8:30AM - 7:30PM on Day 2. As I have a small child, having construction still happening after 7:30PM was difficult, but more so was confusing as Day 1 ended so early."
