"Barton's was on time for their estimate and fully explained the permit process for tree removal within 1,000 feet of the water. I received two bids and once I determined that Barton's was the chosen contractor I contacted them regarding the permit. They were quick to respond with the permit application and explained that they would begin work once the permit was approved by Anne Arundel County. Two days after receiving the approved permit from the county the work was scheduled.
