"We worked with Hector on 3 projects recently. He was able to take over a bathroom renovation project that we started, but needed a professional to help finish. He also completely repaired our ceiling under the bathroom as there was a significant amount of water damage that required more attention than just some simple patching. Separately, he repaired multiple rotten window sills we had, fixing the carpentry and then completing all the finishing work around the windows. For the bathroom project, it was fairly difficult work on the ceiling, specifically around the soffits but Hector was able to complete the work quickly and efficiently.
