"We just had a re-roof job completed by Xterior PRO. There were two layers of shingles. Although we didn't have leaking problems, the shingles were probably more than 25 years old and some were being blown off by storms, so we didn't want to wait for any leaks before re-roofing. The estimate provide by Xterior PRO was one of the lowest I received, but the quality was excellent. They even installed a very rugged flashing along our chimney that required cutting notches in the bricks; and this was included at no additional cost. A new attic vent was also installed, also at no additional cost! The only additional cost was a minor charge for replacing a few sheets of plywood. Our neighbors had another company re-roof their homes for a much higher price, for less roof area. I highly recommend Xterior PRO based on my experience with them, and will seek additional work from them in the future, since they also install siding and gutters."

"Myself and my father has used MJA Contracting for two roofs in our houses in Jersey City. Both times Manuel and his team has taken good care of us and installed good roofs. At first I thought the price was a bit high but after I saw the amount of time, material, and workmanship that they completed I thought the price was very fair. Roofs are alot of work as I learned. What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons!
