Wayne the estimator was very thorough and informative, providing much information and a rough estimate on the spot. We installed a six ft wood picket with six ft aluminum picket facing front. The installers did a great job but there were a couple minor concerns that we had with ensuring the gates were secure for our dogs. The foreman came back and answered our questions and then made adjustments the next day without charge. Also, throughout the process, we received check-in calls from the office to ensure we were pleased with the progress. The end result is a great looking fence, happy & secure dogs and a really nice yard to spend time in. We are very pleased with Robco and would recommend them without hesitation.
