Since install, there have been over 15-service calls with several parts replaced Dec 3rd, they supposedly order a replacement part that would take 5-7 days to get. Now 13-days later, no one returns my calls or emails. You can only leave a message with an operator who promises someone will get right back to you. "

"Taylor installed a high-efficiency gas furnace and air handler in my crawl space on 5/13/2024. The technicians exited a condensation drain line about an inch above the ground outside. It should have been easily foreseeable to trained installers that a pipe so near the ground could be easily obstructed by frozen precipitation. That happened, and on 2/7/2027 when water in the pipe froze and backed the drain line up to the furnace condensate pump, causing the unit to shut down. I could reach no one by phone that afternoon as I sought emergency technical service. The only response was by text. No one would be dispatched until the following morning, after overnight temps near zero caused thousands of dollars in damage. I asked for someone to help me troubleshoot it myself, and no response. A Taylor competitor ultimately responded, identified the drain-line failure and fixed the problem by 7 p.m. I will never again do business with Taylor Heating & Air."

Bryan, unlike other folks who gave me an estimate, took time to talk with me, explain everything in detail, and was available as needed throughout the project. He has also been great about promptly providing the names of good companies for other needs I had, i.e. a plumber or someone to check out possible water damage. The crew were prompt, polite, and very patient with my questions throughout the process, as was the office staff. I would not hesitate to hire this company again!"

"I actually had two services completed - The installation of a heat pump and a new water heater. They arrived right on time and completed both jobs in a day. Jesse and Jonathan did an excellent job. This was a 3rd-floor condo unit so the outside unit was on the roof of the 5th story, I could not have been more pleased with the outcome - a very professional and thorough job. They even relocated the thermostat to a better wall location. Very easy to work with and the most important thing to me was they obviously take a lot of pride in their work and it's always a pleasure to deal with people who do what they say.
