"The contractor, Lonestar Siding & Windows, was located by me on my first use of Angie's List in May.  My wife had wrecked her car pulling out of the garage, and damaged the aluminum trim around the garage door.  Lonestar e-mailed me within 24 hours of my inquiry, and they were onsite to give me an estimate in short order.  The estimate was so reasonable, and the company staff were so friendly and accomodating, that I approved the quote right away.  Knowing this was such a small job, I expected the company would forget about me while completing their much larger jobs.  I was definately wrong.  They called me yesterday, 6/17/15 and said they would be out that afternoon to remove and install the new trim.  When I got home, I couldn't believe my eyes.  The new installation was incredible...professionally done and absolutely perfect in every way.  I phoned the company receptionist right away and told her how pleased we were with their work.  I also advised her I would recommend their company to all my friends and neighbors.  All I can say is that this was the perfect contractor for the job, and if it weren't for Angie's List, I wouldn't have heard or known about Lonestar Siding & Windows.  Thank you Lonestar for everything!!  My garage again looks brand new! <br /> Joe Sands <br /> Manakin Sabot, VA <br />"

"I met with Mike Gundersen from Professional Home Services about a month ago. He came to my door wearing a mask and gave me a blue folder with business information. The estimate only took 20 minutes as he promised. He didn’t try to enter my house or pressure me. He gave me a price for my roof and my back sliding glass door. I got a few more estimates but decided that I was most comfortable with Mike. The roof looks amazing and I am happy I can open my back door! Mike and his team did an excellent job, everyone was very courteous and professional. Looking forward to having my windows done in the future."

"He came to the property and replaced the pilot assembly unit but unfortunately, the gas valve needs to be replaced also and it will cost me another $150.00 to order  for this part.  He suggested that I just buy a new unit instead of replacing parts and the tank is no longer under warranty. Although he tried to do everything that he can do to bring the hot water back, for almost half of the day, he did not charge me any labor fee at all . I thought that was very kind of him. <br />"

Very personable and competent in their work, also very careful to protect the existing surroundings without leaving a scratch or even any dust. "The team was very professional , arrive 10 minutes early and respected my house . They cleaned up after each of the the jobs. "They were spot". the workk looked very prfessional grade. I had bought the wrong part for my hanging light in the living room. He showed me the difference between the part I order and the recomeded part which was much cheaper. He took the time and went to the nearset Home Depot and purchased the cheaper part and did not charge me any extra money. the price was much cheaper than I had antispated. He replaced seven lightf ixtures in the house; one was in the living room that he needed a with a 12 foot ladder and a 6 foot extention bar. They changed several electical outlets; all for a very resonable price. The price was much lowere than I paid the last eletrician for just one light fixture in a 8 foot room no extension. I have put Lights on Electric on my speed dial. "YES" I will use them again!"
