"<strong>Overview:</strong> Due to a death in the family, we had a 6000 sq ft. home full of furniture, clothing, personal items, kitchenware and vehicles that we needed to sell and/or remove in order to place the home on the market. I spoke to several estate sale companies on the phone before deciding on iStuff sellers. Darren was far and away the most astute, knowledgeable, and professional of all I interviewed. <br /> <strong>Performance:</strong> Darren and his brother Darryl never disappointed in the entire process. They turned a large estate into a store for the four days of the sale, remained there and ensured security the entire time. They accurately priced all contents, and worked with us through any questions we had. We saw their operation during the sale and it was A1. They moved a large number of buyers through the estate, and sold the majority of items. Whenever we called Darren with questions we immediately received a response. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any type of business venture, they were that good, and that trustworthy. <br /> <strong>Cost: </strong>Most sellers in this business will charge between 25% and 30% of the total taken, as did iStuff sellers, but for an Estate as large as this it was well worth it. And, for a reasonable fee, the carpets were cleaned following the sale, and all remaining items removed so we can move forward with the home sale. We received a complete listing of items sold and cost.  <br /> <br /> <br />"

"I can't begin to express how impressed I am with Zero Punch List's job on my old bathroom.  It now looks like something out of a magazine. I wish there was a way to post photos on this thing.  This was my first major renovation, and Weston was knowledgeable and insightful - he provided several suggestions that wouldn't have occurred to me, and were a huge help.  I obtained two other quotes before meeting with Weston, and I liked his open personality from the beginning.  I also liked the fact that he is on-site and does a lot of the work himself instead of subbing everything out.  It was icing on the cake that Weston's quote was also the most reasonable of the three I obtained. <br /> The only work that was subbed out was the tub surround and floor tile.  Weston's work load was very heavy when he started my job, and he explained that he sometimes does the tile himself, but other times uses trusted subs to do the work when he is overloaded.  The tile guy did a great job on the tub surround, which included a difficult chevron pattern in the middle; however, he didn't do a great on the marble floor tile.  Weston inspected the job after it was completed, and before I could say a word, he apologized for the floor tile and said he would tear it up and do it again himself at his expense.  This put us behind schedule, but it was wonderful to have a contractor who is a perfectionist and doesn't make excuses when a problem pops up. <br /> My job included several change orders for the subfloor, floor joists, plumbing replacements, etc., and I felt that his charges were very reasonable.  I objected to one minor item on the final invoice, and after discussing it, we agreed to split the cost 50/50.  I was very satisfied with the end result. <br /> Weston is a good communicator and very easy to work with.  His employees are courteous and friendly.  They cleaned up the work area really well every night, and were otherwise really great to work with.  I will (and have) recommend Weston and his crew for all manner of renovations, large and small.  The only caveat would be that he's very busy right now, so it might take him a while to fit you in.  But the wait will be worth it. :) <br />"
