"I hired them for some spray foam, but once they got into the space, they discovered that the work that they needed to do didn't need to get done. They could have just done the job, but they let me know that it wasn't needed. Such honesty is greatly appreciated. If I need some work done on the foundation or attic, I will most certainly work with them again. They are courteous, communicative, and provide excellent service. Simon was fantastic to work with."

"I am not sure what the current going rate is, but I thought it was a little pricey for the work I needed done. It wasn't an emergency replacement but I needed the work done before the end of the week. They were the only contractor to reply and look at the job. Therefore, I went with them without getting three quotes."

"Steve and his crew did a phenomenal job replacing all the wood that was damaged in the crawl space. The house was in the middle of selling and these unknown defects were identified during the buyer’s home inspection and we were so concerned we would have a hard time getting these repairs handled in time. We knew this would be a big job. Hiring Signature Craft made this a breeze. They inspected and took videos and explained the process very clearly. The work was done quickly and we closed right on time- huge thank you to Signature Craft!!"

"They came in, said "we can replace the hose, but if the bolt is rusted and goes, you'll need to replace the water heater. " They got the bolt off and saved us a lot of money."

"Mr. Ellis and team were incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. They understood what was needed to get done and got to work. Throughout the process it was clear that Mr. Ellis has deep knowledge of old Richmond homes and how to treat them appropriately. He walked me through each of the projects that I asked them to do before the work started and again after the work was completed. They added rough-ins for a bathroom remodel and finished the fixtures, installed a new waste stack, re-plumbed my entire water supply, added a hot water heater, and replaced my water main line. The pricing was very competitive and the quality of work was unmatched. In addition, each project came with its own warranty which is a nice addition. I look forward to engaging them again for future projects and will certainly recommend The Plumbing Officials to anyone I know who needs plumbing assistance."

"The individual who came and did the work, worked really hard. I've never seen anybody work as hard as he did. My opinion is really about Jeff, who is one of their main people who does the job. He worked tirelessly to get it done and then later when some of these lights went out, he actually came and replaced them. I was pleased with him. I can't tell you about the company itself but he sure has been diligent in helping me. We checked out a lot of other company and they seem to be reasonable compared to other individuals that gave us the estimate. One had a really fancy design for the whole yard and it was like $15,000 and we said, "No way. What about these light right around the house?" and it was $9000 so this choice was a much better deal. He did a great job in putting everything in but the light bulb seemed to be burning out. He did a great job in digging, putting in the line and putting in the lights. A lot of times there are other jobs and it takes him a while to get here."
