"Jason and Allen were great to work with. They had to wrestle with our 30 year old water heater and replace it with a nice new one. They arrived on time in a snow storm and finished hours ahead my expected time frame. I was waiting to hear a list of excuses and expensive problems. However everything was positive and informative. The guys were friendly and prepared. The cost estimate was exactly what the bill was. Plus I learned more about my house which was a great bonus."

"Our tech Robert installed an intake pipe for our HVAC unit to the outside. Tech arrived and completed the work to specifications. We will continue to use Dunn for our HVAC needs going forward. Thank you!"

"Remove electric water heater and install a new high efficiency gas water heater."

"When we explained to Nicky that we had to turn off the water to the entire house, she was able to get a plumber out to the house that afternoon. Our serviceman was Aaron. He was on time, courteous, knowlegeable and quick. He replaced the two turn off valves under the kitchen sink and also installed the new faucet and sprayer we had purchased. We were very pleased with his work and the attention to our emergency by the office staff. Our kitchen water supply was returned to normal very promptly. Aaron left the worksite clean and neat. Thank you to everyone who responded to our need."

"Cody was professional and the install was done in a timely manner"

"I CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE AND HE INSTALLED A NEW WATER HEATER THE NEXT DAY. 500.00 DOLLARS LESS THAN THE OTHER ESTIMATE."

"They called me first thing in the morning and John was there before 10. Then they worked it out that they were able to install my new water heater that day, within a few hours. They were courteousness and very professional. I was very impressed with the entire experience."

"Jacob did an excelent job Very professional and knowledgeable He should be your first call for plumbing work"

"We hired Master Remodel & Construction after our master bathroom, kitchen and garage suffered major water damage after an interior flood caused by an overflowing toilet. Brian Inkley (owner) and Jacob Quick (project manager) have a team of dedicated, talented professionals. They did a superb job in restoring our damaged house. They are a busy team of workers who kept us appraised of their availability for the various stages of our restoration. For the repairs that they didn't do themselves they had excellent recommendations for the professionals we needed such as the carpet installation, closet system installation, kitchen cabinets and the refinishing of our hardwood floors. They seem to be in demand, working at several projects at the same time but we always felt that we were their top priority. Jacob worked with our homeowners insurance adjuster to be sure that the funds allocated for our losses were enough to complete our projects. We recommend Master Remodel & Construction with pleasure."
