Right from the beginning we had difficulty getting quotes from several companies, but Good Neighbor came right out and gave a fair price and multiple options for us. We liked that they were willing to work with our budget and HOA requirements and did not push us always towards the more expensive options. "Great experience, the fence only took 1 day for them to complete, once approved by my HOA. Build team even came out with a metal detector to locate my property line (rebar) in the ground, that way my fence line was maximized. The deck look great too, only took them 2-3 days to complete a 10'x 20' deck, about 10ft off the ground. Passed permitting with my county and now I can enjoy my yard freely."

Wes arrived for a same day estimate on a rainy day.  Arrived the next day to do the work.
This included deck platform repair that had a whole punched in it from a fallen tree.  I also had overhead storage racks to be installed in a garage.  He and his assistant both too great care in the installation and explaining additional options if I need more storage.
Very professional at a very reasonable price.  I will definitely use him again!
