"Very pleased with our experience with the Footprints team. Our estimator, Scott, and the work crew led by Jonatan were very professional and thorough. Scott was able to clearly explain the pros and cons of oil-based and water-based polys, and helped me choose a solution that would maximize durability and achieve the look we were hoping for while cutting down on smells and off-gassing. The existing floor had several very dark spots that we already knew were unlikely to be able to be sanded out. Scott was honest with us about which areas would need to be replaced to remove staining, and which could be removed or mostly removed by sanding the existing boards. The team removed the stained boards and expertly laced in new boards to replace them; they also demo-ed a small tiled area next to the wood floor and installed new boards to make it wood floor throughout. The results are phenomenal! If you didn't know where those spots and tile used to be, you'd have no idea they'd been replaced."

We hired TM & KM Construction to knockdown a load bearing wall, remove a vestibule, replace the front door, and install new hardwood flooring in the living room, dining room, and hallway. The entire project took about three weeks and created a lot of dust and debris. However, they cleaned up the work site on a daily basis and left everything impeccably clean when they were done. During the work, they kept me informed on everything going on and were methodical and detailed focused. I was impressed by how they took the extra time to make sure everything was perfect. We had a lot of wood and trim work and they took the extra time to make complex cuts to make sure pieces fit together perfectly (versus jamming things together and covering it with caulk). Overall, I highly recommend Trent and his team."

"They found my floors to be too wet to install the flooring when they gave me an estimate.  They had a second employee stop by with another meter to double check the wetness of the floors.  Then they were kind enough to leave a Driez electronic moisture counter with me to show the company who dried the floors that they were still damp.  They left the mositure meter with me for several weeks until the wetness issue was resolved to my satisfaction.  Their knowledge and customer service spoke volumes about their company.  They went above and beyond to help me out with a very stressful situation.

Also they stained all shue molding to match the floor. We cannot express enough how great the flooring looks also out of 5 estimates they were $1200 lower than the 2nd lowest price.
