"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

"Even though the weather was "iffy" because of rain forecasts and cool weather, they showed up exactly on time. I even got a reminder call the day before that they were coming. They walked me around my house and described again what they'd do. The house looks like "brand new". The patios look terrific. They were espcially careful with all the landscape plants. He explained everything to me so I was aware of the problems that I had with my shower and he gave me suggestions on what would work for me. He was professional and continued to work until he was finished.  <br /> I plan to have him come back in a few months to do my ceramic entry way and fireplace bricks and ceramic hearth. <br /> I was very pleased with the completion of the job. My shower and bathroom floor look better now than it did when I originally had it put in. <br /> I would recommend him to eveyone that needs hard surface cleaning in their home. It really works. "Very good!! Highly recommend. Robert was professional , timelly, and respectful of our home. He worked with us as we developed our layout. He was willing to even come by a couple times before to assess the site and develop shared vision. He also developed good relations with our painter to create a timeline. We were getting faux finishing.... The work we had done was extensive and Robert was willing to be flexible with times and even plans... He even got to know our dogs well and let them in and out while he and his crew worked... The kitchen design we selected was from an online company. Robert had never install cabinets from an online company but was willing to give it a try. He even helped us with the measurements to make sure that we were on track. The kitchen was like it was highly intricate and finishing work was wonderful. We could not be happier with our final product. We definitely will use Robert again!!! Highly recommend. <br />"
