"Eddie responded to my inquiry quickly, and was able to come by at my first convenience. He did a great job re-grouting/caulking in 2 bathrooms. One required a second visit because water had been getting behind a tile due to the failing grout, and it needed to dry thoroughly to be re-glued. Now you would never know it was not new. He was even able to take care of a tile floor problem in another room in the same visit."

He was to replace all the grouting for the tumbled marble floor tile and the grout at the intersection of the floor with all vertical surfaces made up of larger marble tile. At one point he rejected tile that I had received because it was not flat, and he would not work with it because he felt that I would not be happy with the result. He was unfamiliar with the grout that I selected, and took the time to carefully read the directions and learn how to properly work with it before putting it down, which I appreciated. <br /> After the job was done I decided that I did not like some of the marble that I selected (my fault) and I had him come back and remove four pieces of marble and install four new pieces.
