"Ecosystems Services responded quickly to my call about our irrigation system leak and performed a quick but complete repair. When asked about the charges for the repair David Robertson responded that there would be no charge. He indicated that the leak had occurred in an area that he had previously fixed. Since he has been taking care of our irrigation system since we moved here in 2013, it could be true that he might have done similar repair in the past, but I did not recall it. I also don't remember any warranty promised or expressed by David for any of his work. The loyalty to this customer and integrity shown here speaks for itself. I would not use any other lawn irrigation business as long as I can call on Ecosystems Services, Inc."

"20lb light fixture was to be swagged and cord was too short. The electirician did the best he could do in the circumstances, still it was almost $400 for an hour's work to hang a very simple fixture and install a light switch. The assistant didn't do much. I had to take it all down and re-do it over the weekend. Felt like we paid way too much. Waste of money and they should have told us that when they showed up - a professional would have. They offered to re-hang the fixture at no additional cost, but no apology or offer of refund. We were blamed, as the customer, for not measuring the wire length first. Silly us for trusting the manufacturer. Ugh. Enough venting. These guys were still way too expensive."

I really appreciated the fact that Floyd did not hesitate to give me an approximate cost of the work I needed done before coming out, whereas other companies wanted to charge $49 just to come out and give me a quote. Floyd worked with my schedule, arrived on time, observed safety precautions by wearing a mask at all times, and was extremely professional and accommodating as he took care of several electrical projects I wanted done. In addition his overall price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Sullivan Electric Services to others, as well as hire them again for any electrical work I need done."
