"There are a lot of companies out there that will re-finish a tile shower. It was hard to tell the difference between them, however I am so pleased I chose Sir Grout. My 16 year old shower looked quite bad (mold behind clear rubber grout, discolored grout lines, dirty shower floor). "I have a large white-tiled shower that after about 10 years was showing mold and mildew.  I had Atlanta Grout & Tile as well as another company give estimates to clean, seal, etc.  Atlanta Grout & Tile came in lower AND they had the best reviews, so I went with them.   James, the technician, came out and spent an entire day painstakingly restoring the shower.  The results are that it really does look like a new shower.  My only concern was that the top of the shower - where the tile meets the painted ceiling - could use some new caulking; that is not included and it's something I'll need to get done separately.  Otherwise, the quality is top notch and I highly recommend them. <br />"

"Starting a master bath remodel was overwhelming since this was our first major home renovation, however Tom, Pablo, and Jose kept the whole process smooth-sailing, on time, and on budget. The scope of the project included demolition of our existing bathroom floor, built-in tub, and shower. The shower footprint was expanded and tiled, plumbing was modified to accommodate the larger shower and new freestanding tub location, new fixtures were installed, and a new tile floor was installed. Tom clearly listed the detailed scope with pricing at the beginning of the project, which made it easy to track progress and ensure everything was completed. We appreciated the consistent and open communication since we had many questions about fixtures, grout, and timing of materials before and during the renovation. Pablo and Jose's attention to detail showed clearly in the finished bathroom; we've received several compliments on how polished all of the tiling detailing looks. There were several times throughout the build where Pablo would highlight a design decision or issue and take the time to discuss it with us, providing pros/cons and example pictures so we could make an educated decision. The whole team was respectful of our home and space. Protective barriers were placed down in the high traffic areas, and the team wore masks indoors, which we greatly appreciated during COVID. Overall, we highly recommend this company and plan to use them for future renovation projects."

Our bathroom floor was not level, but they knew how to fix the problem to ensure the installation was done correctly. "Templets for the new counter tops were done about two weeks before they were to be installed. <br /> Removal of the old counter tops and installation of the new ones were done in about two hours including the second sealing of the new granite.   There is only one seam and you have to search for it. <br /> Everyone I worked with in the process were very professional and knew what they were doing and how to do it. <br /> Legacy Granite also recommended a very good contractor who did the plumbing and installed the new backsplash. <br />"
