"M&L Landscaping Construction is absolutely incredible! You will not regret hiring Leo and his team for your project. I first hired Leo for one job, and after seeing the quality, precision, and care in his work, I immediately brought him back for a second. The first project included pavers, a retaining wall with built-in seating, a garden bed, patio/paver installation, fence installation, and a composite deck with stairs. The second project was for my rental property and involved an insurance claim to repair the facade of the house. That work included installing stone veneers on the front of my home, constructing a new deck with a roof, building a stone wall with fencing, and completing a blacktop driveway. What truly sets M&L apart is not just the beauty and craftsmanship of their work, but the professionalism, organization, and integrity behind it. Leo’s team is respectful of your property, punctual, and incredibly hardworking. They take pride in what they do and it shows in every detail—from layout precision to cleanup after completion. Equally impressive is how Leo manages the business side of things. He’s communicative, transparent, and extremely reliable—qualities that are rare to find in the contracting world. He provides clear timelines, fair pricing, and proactive updates, so you always know where things stand. Having worked with many contractors over the years, I can confidently say that M&L Landscaping Construction is top-notch from start to finish. I was so impressed that I even referred my parents for their driveway paver installation—and, just as expected, it came out beautiful. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and professional landscaping and construction team, hire M&L Landscaping Construction. You’ll be glad you did!"

"I am a senior with a background in construction.  After reviewing many contractors and speaking with some of them, I immediately knew I hit the jackpot when I spoke to Danny.

1.  He knew exactly what I needed and wanted done when I first spoke to him.  This entailed the replacement, repair, and installation of the items listed above with attention to quality in materials, prevention of future problems, a fair price, and a commitment to starting and showing up once the job was initiated.  Danny exceeded every expectation in these regards!
2.  I silently knew in advance manufacturers, quality and cost of exterior doors (including the french door), storm doors, door locks and deadbolts, leak-proof door sills for 6 inch exterior walls and a leak-proof barrier on the bottom of the door frames.  Without knowing of my preferences, Danny suggested the identical manufacturers and materials I had in mind.  At this juncture, we met and I hired Danny to perform the work.
3.  I am beyond pleased with the outcome of Danny's effort on this project.  As an example of his integrity, he asked me to trust him in the design and installation of an exterior octagonal window in a bathroom.  My wife and I were literally blown away with a handcrafted symmetrical waterproof tunnel and inside wall frame he created - more akin to an artistic piece than a window.
4. Inside work was always minimally invasive using tarps and soft shoes rather than work boots.  Outside and inside cleanup at the end of each work day was respectfully performed leaving no mess.
I would recommend Danny to anyone requiring any kind of interior or exterior installation, modification, or repair as I have seen firsthand examples of his experience, skills, and personal and business ethics.  In fact, Danny is presently working on costs to replace our roof."

"Awesome job very professional & polite!"

"I am very happy with my new porch floor. Turns out the floor was tilted as my joists had rotted. Frank was able to get the necessary materials and finish the job in a very timely manner. Frank recommended the AZEK porch flooring and I am very happy with it."

"It went very well. They showed up by 7 a m and got started right away. Both men were proffesional and nice. The house which has alluminum siding and brick were completely cleaned. It looks 100% better and we couldn't be happier. While they were here I also had my front concrete porch and sidewalk power washed along with having my gutters cleaned out for an extra cost. All of this work done was worth every penny. We will be using them again in the future and will be referring this company to other home owners."

"Jerry was very nice and he fixed the problem area on my wall."
