"Very easy to deal with. Everyone I contacted at this company was polite, professional and actually cared about resolving our hot water heater problem."

"Jack came and took a look at the problem and was back the next morning with a helper to do the job. They did a great job. They put sheets of plywood on the ground to catch all the mud they had to dig out, to protect the surrounding area. He also showed me the old piece of pipe, which was the problem, due to a previous, "shoddy" repair. And when the job was done, he was very responsive to my concern about "no"" cold water pressure. He checked all faucets and made sure everything was back to normal, before he left."

"This was as good an experience as one could want given a plumbing problem."

"We purchased a house and adding a whole house water filter was on our list. Our local Orbit dealer performed a free water test and confirmed a that a lot of the junk we had read was in our city water was in fact there. Our previous house also had hard water and we saw firsthand what it did to our pipes and hot water tank. Plus we were tired of a filtered water pitcher taking up space in our refrigerator. Our sales person went over all of the features of the Puronics 7000 system and outlined the maintenance which simple and easy to understand. Installation took place about two weeks later and the guys were done in a day. About a year out and we're still very happy with the improved water quality and the system itself works great."

"He did fix my toilets leaks and changed the fill valve and flapper. Meticulously done. Skilled worker. The next job we are planning to change my water heater"

"They came almost immediately and replaced our hot water heater, efficient, courteous and friendly, excellent!"

"Naturally, on the hottest weekend of the summer in 2019, with a houseful of guests for that weekend, the capacitor went. Normally, I'd order the part and fix it myself, but that would have taken days to acquire. Air Temp showed up first thing in the morning the following day, and quickly verified the broken part and replaced it. Sure, of course it was more than doing it myself--but that's not the point. They were timely, had the part in hand, and were extremely reasonable on the price. We use them for our annual AC and heater checkups as well and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend the team."

"Very professional and knowledgeable. Quick to come and replace our water heater for a tankless water heater. Works great!"

"They were on time. Charles Moon Plumbing & Heating did a good job and they were honest. My interaction with them was very good, they were good. They were more on the expensive side. It was purely based on the cost of their services, I mean I only worked with them once for a short period of time and they were good so I wouldn't say so much about what they could do. I could at least call for an estimate so maybe I would use Charles Moon Plumbing & Heating again in the future."

"Amazing! Aqua Plumbing was professional, fast and did a great job!"
