"From the minute we reached out about a roof Inspection and estimate everyone from the home genius team was incredibly polite and professional! We became so comfortable and confident with them and in just a short 24 hour turn around time we signed a contract and had our roof replaced the following day! The crew showed up at 7am and got right to work! They took the necessary steps and precautions to ensure that the roof was properly installed and to ensure all the problem areas were addressed! They came back the following day to wrap up and complete any remaining work. I highly recommend the crew that installed our roof! Angel Martinez the project manager, was very polite, responsive and any time I had a question or concern, he was able to address with me and clarify any issues I pointed out! Henry’s team also replaced a rubber roof covering our front porch. They do excellent work and are very good about explaining what they recommend and why. We have another project planned for this fall or next spring and I plan to use them again. "

As Roberto worked on the dormers he found significant water damage below the shingles, documenting it with photos for us. Although it cost more than the original estimate to replace the flat plywood sheaths and wood fascia, it was still reasonable and the work done was thorough and looks great. "

As our low slope shingle roof needed to be replaced, we asked him to provide a proposal to replace the existing roof with a modified bitumen roof system with an additional 3" rigid foam insulation. Kevin helped to provide me with the standard roof flashing and edge details for this type of residential roof system, which they were not familiar with. Kevin and Jorden discussed it with the roof installers and the product manufacturer, and provided whatever was needed, responding promptly throughout the process. They let us know when the material prices were expected to go up so that we could order the materials. During the time that I was not available, they worked with us to revise the schedule, which was much appreciated! The work was planned and executed without any issues, and we are very happy with our new roof. Thank you Kevin and Jorden!"
