"We hired Bill to repair drywall after a ceiling leak, to replace a ceiling fan, and to install a new light fixture. After stopping by the house, Bill provided a timely and accurate quote. He communicated effectively via text about when the work would begin, his hours, etc. Bill went out of his way to match very old paint samples so that we didn't need to repaint the whole room. The work was well done & looks great. Bill is friendly and kind. We had no hesitation leaving him alone in the house while we went to work. I will definitely hire him again for other jobs."

"We were very pleased with the quality of work delivered on our project to repair our indoor stair railing. Over a period of two decades our cat had used the railing posts as a scratching post. We were concerned that the repair might not be esthetically pleasing without a full replacement. We were delighted that a pleasing and economical solution was delivered for this project in the promised timeframe. The assigned worker communicated well, offered options and delivered beyond our expectations."

"Great! We knew there was some rotted wood, but found more as the project progressed, and although we thought we wanted the downspout painted white, once we saw it we realized it should have been painted to match the brick. The additional cost to replace the rotted wood (with pvc) was fair and the painters didn't grumble when I asked them to repaint the downspout - which required a 60 foot ladder! The painters checked all the window to make sure they would open and replaced the screens. The project took 3 weeks to complete and would have been finished sooner except for a few rain days. The clean up was good. I would definitely use Mr. Mendez again and recommend him without reservation."

"Outstand service. Installation of a cooling unit in a wine cellar. Quite complicated and the tech Chris Grothe had to improvise to as it was replacing a different kind of unit. Very profession, very safe and very careful in all of his work. Cleaned up after he was done. (cleaner than when he arrived). Workmanship was perfect. Would definated use them for all future jobs and would ask for Chris."
